Missing & Damaged Upon Receving Packages

HOWDY Friends! I'm sorry to hear there was an issue with your package! Although it's rare, it does happen! Please read the following steps to find your SAB goodies:

 Sagebrush Annie's Boutique L L C is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. This is matter between buyer and USPS/FedEx/UPS - unless Route Insurance is added - as is same for any business, large or small! 

IF Route Insurance was purchased at time of checkout, you will find all the info needed in this first section. IF Route Insurance was opted out, scroll down to the bolded section! 

IF Route Is Paid For & Package/Items Arrive Broken, Damaged, or Missing:

You can file a claim on route.com 15 days of tracking showing delivered, or within 30 days of shipping. I can not file a claim on your behalf. Please keep that in mind! It will be the customer's responsibility to watch tracking, and keep track of dates! 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1.Email used at time of checkout

2. Order Number

3. Photo if damaged. 

If Route was opted out at time of checkout, please continue reading this section. If Route Shipping was opted out of / or not added to cart at checkout, no insurance will be placed on the package by Sagebrush Annie's Boutique. Do not opt out if you want coverage. **You assume responsibility if you opt out of Route Shipping.** 

IF Package Is Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Etc:

I Recommend

(1) Contacting your Local USPS/FedEx/UPS with tracking. They often times attach GPS coordinates, or pictures with packages. Ask them about this! 

(2) If delivery is shown - ask neighbors if safe and/or applicable. 

(3) Check your cameras if applicable. 

(4) File a police report with your local police department.

I Recommend

(1) Contacting your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx. From there, they will look into it.
